We're delighted to share our reflections on one of our most successful events yet - our comprehensive career counselling seminar that unfolded in the culturally rich city of Budapest. We have always been committed to empowering young individuals, and this seminar served as an enlightening platform for our members to gain professional insights.

Our first speaker was the Head of HR from International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF), who gave our participants an exclusive behind-the-scenes look into their company. This inside perspective provided an exceptional opportunity for our members to understand the traits and qualifications sought by top-tier international companies. With a spirit of inclusivity, our young attendees were encouraged to explore and pursue various career opportunities at IFF.

Following that, Lala Babayeva, Sourcing Manager at BP, enriched our seminar with her enlightening presentation about BP. She elaborated on the set of values and skills that companies like BP prioritize when selecting candidates. Her insightful tips on landing a job were particularly valuable, and she sparked motivation among participants to consider applying for positions at BP.

Finally, we were honored to have Jafar Mukhtarzade as our keynote speaker. Jafar, with his wealth of experience gained from studying at prestigious universities and working in high-ranking companies, shared his professional journey with our members.
